Taylor Metzger

Founder, Lead Trainer, Cooper CPT/BRT

I started working out at the age of 15 knowing nothing. One of my motivators was getting bullied. I was 6'1 and 150 pounds, a grasshopper. Over the years, I learned more and more and decided to get my personal training certification when I was 20. I started out at 24-Hour Fitness and have worked in various gyms since. I now train at one of the best gyms in Dallas where I have been for the last 4 years. It's a great community and a great place that has allowed me to assemble some of the best trainers and fitness professionals under one roof. 

Personal training is extremely fulfilling to me. It's the best feeling ever to know I have the ability to help change others lives as I have my own. The self confidence that being fit can help anyone achieve is like throwing a stone into water and watching the ripples. My methods are simple: show up, work hard, have a good attitude, be consistent, follow and trust the process. The more you put in, the more you will get out. I practice what I preach, and I better, or why else would you hire me to tell you what to do?

Michael J.

As an executive fitness coach, I serve as personal trainer, nutrition advisor and supplement counselor. My clients are busy and demanding, so we work together to tailor a program that will deliver results with maximum efficiency.

Nevenka

Growing up I only ever played softball during high school. It wasn’t until I graduated High School that I really fell in love with fitness. I went from being the person who was intimidated to step foot in a gym to becoming a Personal Trainer and then Master Trainer at a corporate health club. I then went on to complete certain goals that I set for myself such as completing a Spartan Race, graduating from the Oak Hill Fire Academy, and reaching my goal in strength and muscle endurance.

After having my daughter and then going through one of the toughest lessons life has ever taught me, I realized how important physical activity is, not just for our physical bodies but our minds and spirits as well. I love helping people not only meet their fitness goals but also making sure their mental status is up to par. I understand how mental illness can affect every part of our lives and I also know that adding a daily physical regimen into your schedule can improve every other aspect of your life.

I have been helping people lose weight, gain muscle, and come back from injuries since 2014 and absolutely love what I do!

Hannah

As a former scholarship collegiate athlete in both volleyball and track and field, I have spent my whole life surrounded by athletics and fitness. During my collegiate experience, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Initially, it was a struggle to change my training and nutrition to manage this condition, but I took it as a challenge and transformed my training and nutrition from sports performance to aesthetics training, similar to that of a bikini or figure competitor. I have made it my mission to help others overcome the daunting challenges of PCOS and reclaim their bodies and lives. The methods I have learned in this process translate to the less complicated everyday individual looking to lose body fat, lean out, and build muscle.

During my journey to reclaim my life from PCOS, I became a trainer in 2019. I am certified in ISSA personal training, group training, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. Fitness and health have this beautiful connection to the way our bodies move, our mental wellness, and our longevity. I want to help you become successful in achieving your goals that last, for a healthier and stronger version of yourself. Let’s embark on this journey together as a team, working towards your goals and achieving a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

Luis

Your Goal becomes my goal. Whether it be weight loss, muscle building, athletic performance, health and longevity, mobility and flexibility, or all of the above. Professionalism backed by science. 

The skills I’ll teach you will stay with you for the rest of your life. The greatest investment you could make is an investment in yourself and your health. My training style focuses primarily on hypertrophy training for muscle growth, Coupled with the use of Kettlebells, Landmines and Medicine Balls to build cardiovascular endurance and raw strength while burning fat.

I’ve seen first hand that with proper nutritional advice, intense and intentional physical training and good coaching, any individual can completely turn their lives around, both physically and mentally. My mission is to guide you through that journey.

Kyle

I served four years in the Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician in Japan. While serving, I found my passion for fitness and working out. I earned my personal training certification through FitOps in 2017, an organization dedicated to providing top-notch hands-on education for Veterans. I am a great listener and am not afraid to push clients out of their comfort zone to achieve their goals. I believe in tailoring and adjusting my clients training to build on their strengths and improve their weaknesses, both physical and mental.

Kaylee

My utmost passion in life is to empower women to be the strongest version of themselves, both mentally and physically. I believe that we can build the dream physique, and have the “perfect”, most desirable body, but if your mindset doesn’t evolve along with you none of it matters. Reframing your mindset is an essential part of sustainable results. I find strength training to be one of, if not the most instrumental things you can do to improve your confidence both inside and outside of the gym. By focusing on strength training for women we will build beautiful, feminine physiques while getting strong and have the mindset to match.
